Is Fast Bundle back on the App Store?

Yes. Fast Bundle was relisted on the Shopify App Store in early August 2026, about two weeks after the mid-July removal. The relisting does not undo what happened on individual stores: the app was deactivated, reinstalls are manual rather than automatic, and bundle definitions, discount rules, and widget settings that lived in the vendor's backend are not restored automatically. What did the app leave on my store?

A deactivated bundle app typically leaves two problems behind. What should I check before choosing a replacement?

Run the same four checks against any bundle app, including ours, before you commit. They take about thirty minutes on a development store or with a test order.

1. Place a test order and read what the order actually contains. Open the order in Shopify admin: do you see real component SKUs as line items, or one opaque bundle line your warehouse has to translate?
2. Refund the test order and watch component inventory. If a refund does not restock the right components, every return will silently corrupt your inventory counts.
3. Check behavior in every currency you sell in. Bundle prices and discounts that are correct in your base currency can drift or break in converted markets.
4. Ask the vendor what happens to orders and inventory if their app is ever pulled. You now know this question is not hypothetical. A useful answer names the mechanism, not just a reassurance.

Why does checkout-time expansion matter?

Bundle apps differ in when they turn a bundle into its components, and the timing decides what survives an app outage. Apps built on Shopify's Cart Transform API expand the bundle during checkout itself: the components are written into the order as it is created, so every completed order contains real component line items by construction. There is no post-order editing step, which means no race between order creation and an app job that edits the order afterwards, and no order that permanently misses its expansion because the app happened to be down for those few seconds. Orders that were already placed through a Cart Transform app keep their component lines no matter what later happens to the app.
